Daily Recommended Dosage: Take 1-2 tablets per day, or as recommended by your certified health care provider.   If your SAMe levels are deficient and to determine the proper dose that works for you, use an initial loading phase of 1000mg-1500mg (3-5 tablets) daily (maximum 1500mg/day) for up to two weeks then reduce daily intake to 500mg-1000mg (1-2 tablets), until benefits are achieved.
